What we process and why

Contact, offer and distributor requests: the details you enter (name, company, email, phone, message), to answer you (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Server access logs: date, URL, user agent and your IP address, for security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), kept up to 14 days. Form logs record only a salted hash of your IP, kept 90 days. Country detection: your approximate country, derived from your IP address at the moment of the request to suggest a language; it is not stored.

Cookies and analytics

We set two cookies at most: “lang”, only when you choose a language manually, and “lang_dismiss” if you close the language suggestion. Both are strictly necessary and need no consent. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service that does not track you across sites. There are no advertising or social-media tracking scripts on this site.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address and language, and the confirmation time, only after you confirm via the link we send (double opt-in). We use them solely to send you product news a few times a year. Every message has an unsubscribe link; you can also write to [email protected]. Data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Retention

Request emails are kept in our company mailbox as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and then deleted. Server access logs are deleted after 14 days; form logs after 90 days.

Recipients and transfers

The site and our email are hosted in the European Union. The site is delivered and protected through Cloudflare, Inc. (CDN and security; USA: EU-US Data Privacy Framework / standard contractual clauses), which processes connection data on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data with other third parties, except processors bound by contract (hosting, email) and authorities where the law requires it.
