An air freshener mixes with the bad smell and masks it — short-lived and often unpleasant. A neutralizer binds to the odor molecules, makes them heavier than air and removes them; the fragrance stays only after that.

2–3 sprays per 60 m³ of air — a room of about 5 × 4 m. More doesn't help: it only oversaturates the room and wastes product.

The odor is gone in seconds; the fragrance lingers for hours in a closed room. For a constant source (a cold ashtray, a bin) spray it directly with the Stream setting.

No. It can be sprayed on curtains, carpets, upholstery and fabrics. On colored or delicate fabrics, test a hidden spot first.

It's used routinely in venues, hotels, clinics and homes. The product is alcohol-based and flammable: don't spray towards people, animals, food, open flames or hot surfaces; keep away from children; ventilate. It contains fragrance ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction in sensitive people — see the safety data sheet.

It's an alcohol-based concentrate; mixing with water separates the fragrance oils and clouds the liquid. This is normal and doesn't affect performance. We recommend not diluting.

For tobacco smoke — Pine or Lemon; bathrooms — Grapefruit, Lavender or Aqua; kitchens — Lemon, Pennyroyal or Mint; where you don't want any noticeable perfume — Nordic or Air Wave. See the Fragrances page.

120 ml spray, 250 ml pump (Off / Spray / Stream), 3 × 1 L refill sets, 2–3 L pressure sprayers and 5, 10, 25 and 50 L tanks. All packs are refillable.
